DO YOU SUPPORT APPLE MAC AND MICROSOFT WINDOWS?
I am a fully qualified Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and a Microsoft Partner with over 20 years of experience in the computer industry. I can support all types of computer and laptop issues including software and hardware problems.
I do not support Apple Mac Computers.
WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?
I am open Monday to Friday 9:00 to 15:00 excluding Bank Holidays.
DO YOU CARRY OUT HOME VISITS & WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER.
Yes, I do carry out home visits. I cover the Worthing area including Lancing / Shoreham Beach to the East and as far as Wick in the West.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
Labour charges in the coverage area are £45 for the first hour (minimum fee), £11.25 per 15 minutes thereafter.
Additional charges will be incurred for any required hardware or software needed.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR DIAGNOSTIC WORK
Onsite computer fault diagnostic work is charged at my normal hourly rate.
Offsite computer fault diagnostic work is charged at £35 flat rate.
CAN YOU COLLECT & RETURN MY COMPUTER?
Yes. However, there is a £25 charge for this service.
CAN I DROP MY COMPUTER INTO YOU AND WHERE IS YOUR SHOP?
I work from a residental property and not a shop. Home users are more than welcome to drop your computer into me for repair however only by prior arrangement and between the hours of 9:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday.
DO YOU DO REMOTE SUPPORT?
Remote support is only available to "Rescue Me" support plan customers. Support plans start at £60 per year.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
I accept Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Cheque or Bank Transfer.
