Starting up your computer and setting up the Windows operating system.

Running a full system update check on your computer and installation of all required updates.

Setting up and configuring XP, Vista or Windows 7 security.

Installing, configuring and updating Antivirus software. (Purchased separately)

Setting up and installing an existing Internet connection and e-mail.

Connecting and setting up your printer / scanner including software and drivers.

Organisation of installed programs.

Testing of new PC and peripheral functions.

A brief explanation of the computers functions and components.
