Online Shop Terms & Conditions Please read the following terms and conditions before placing an order. If you do not agree to these terms you should not proceed with placing an order. We may change the format and content of the site, including these terms and conditions from time to time. You should check these terms each time you place an order. Your submission of an order represents an offer to purchase the goods and you acknowledge that we may decline to sell you any goods for any reason. All advertisements and communications made by us are invitations to treat only and are not offers. This means that if the goods are shown on the site but are not available or are incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, we shall not be obliged to sell you those goods. Making a Purchase Customers are strongly advised to check the suitability and specifications of any software that they wish to purchase before ordering. If you are unsure about the software, please check the manufactures website. As per the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, order cancellations and/or returns of software will not be accepted if the product has been unsealed by the consumer. Secure Ordering When you place an order or add products to your basket you will be redirected to a secure web page. This uses 128 bit encryption for your added security when entering personal information. Credit/debit card payments will be handled by Paypal Payment services according to method selected. This is a secure online method. If you wish to pay by cheque please contact us for payment and delivery details. Delivery Our standard delivery charge for shipping to England and Wales is £4.95 per order. Shipping to other areas such as Scotland, N Ireland and Channel Islands may cost more, please contact us if you live in these or other areas. We will use Royal Mail or courier services depending on the goods ordered. A signature will be required for all deliveries, so please ensure there will be someone available to sign for the goods at the delivery address. Delivery is usually within 3-4 working days for orders paid by credit/debit card of items in stock. Orders paid for by cheque will not be dispatched until payment has cleared. While all care is taken to ensure appropriate stock levels, all products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at anytime without prior notice. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Risk & Ownership Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you (or the agreed delivery address), or, if you fail to take delivery at the agreed time, when we tried to deliver. You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full. Privacy Policy Customers disclosing personal information to Aranea Creations Ltd via email, over the telephone or by any other means, consent to the collection, storage and processing of the information by in the manner as set out in this clause. Customer’s information including (but without limitation) name, address, telephone number, bank details, credit/debit card details, email & website address is recorded on a computer database controlled solely by Aranea Creations Ltd The information is needed to enable Aranea Creations Ltd to contact customers for support, order processing, marketing solely by Aranea and accounting purposes. Customer details will only be provided to third parties for delivery purposes, payment processing or where Aranea Creations Ltd are acting on behalf of a third party. If customer information is passed to a third party, Aranea Creations Ltd has no control over the use of the customer’s information and accepts no liability in relation to the transfer of the customer’s information.Aranea Creations Ltd does not sell, rent or trade customer’s information to third parties for marketing purposes. Faulty Goods Faulty/damaged/incorrect goods should be returned within 28 days. Please contact us by e-mail as soon as possible and we will advise of the appropriate method to return the goods. We will supply you with a returns authorisation code, goods will not be accepted without this code. Incorrect goods will only be accepted back if they are unopened. Refunds will be credited to your account within 30 days of returning the faulty goods. If you require a replacement for the faulty goods this will be sent to within 7 days of returning the faulty goods.This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Unwanted Goods You may cancel your order, if it is not a software product for any reason up to 7 days from the date you receive the goods. You must contact us by e-mail within this period for a returns authorisation code, goods will not be accepted without this code. On receipt of your e-mail we will provide you with return information. After 7 days we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the goods if no e-mail has been received by us. The delivery charge will be deducted from your refund if the goods have already been dispatched prior to your cancellation e-mail being received. You must pay for the goods to be returned to us. If you do not pay for the goods to be returned to us, a deduction will be made from your refund to cover our costs for collecting the goods. Refunds will be credited to your account within 30 days of returning the goods. If the goods have been opened or not returned in mint condition, we reserve the right to treat the goods as second hand and the refund will be based on the second hand value, or we may refuse to accept such goods. Errors and Omissions
